Holding Hands

I don’t even know where to begin to start with talking about how Rachel has changed my life. I was in a weird  place when I met her about nine years ago, and she stuck with me, despite everything I was going through. She has helped me realize that life is not about materialistic things. It’s about experiences and the connections made with people along the way.  She has taught me to not only have goals for the future, but to set  daily goals for myself. To take each day at a time.  She reminds me to keep calm, and that everything will work out in the end.  Rachel has made me realize the importance of valuing not only myself physically, but  my mental and emotional health as well. I am forever grateful for everything she has taught me about life in general, but most importantly about myself and the person I can be.

Boy oh boy have I know Rachel through thick and thin. She’s been here for me through some very significant parts of my life. The best piece of advice she ever gave me is, “just sit with it”. When my mom passed away, she encouraged me to embrace my pain and feelings. When I gave birth to both of my sons, she encouraged me to go with the flow and embrace the here and now. And when my husband unexpectedly passed away, she encouraged me to just sit with whatever came my way. Embrace what comes. Take it in. Be still. I can’t say that any other single piece of advice has ever effected me so deeply and I can’t even tell you how her encouragement has helped me live my fullest life. I tell her this at least once per year, I would absolutely not be the person I am today without her by my side. Undoubtedly, I’d be a different human, a lesser woman than I have become had I never known Rachel.

It is difficult to put into words how Rachel has changed my life. I definitely wouldn’t be where I am today. For the first time in my adult life, I am confident of who I am and the decisions I make. After going through a divorce,  I had never been so unsure of myself. Rachel's insight and energy tore down the walls my divorce built. I look forward to our conversations as I know I will leave happier. She is food for my soul.

Kinda has helped me tremendously over the years with balancing my own inner self. I have known Kinda both professionally and personally over 16 years.  Managing six children and their young careers, being married for over 22 years, (even to a supportive husband) and living bi-coastal can be quite challenging. I have had my own setbacks personally, through an unexpected cancer diagnosis, which took a toll on me emotionally. The fear I lived with caused great anxiety.   I was so grateful to have had Kinda in my corner. I find that the emotions at times of raising a family and the stress of the quest for success can make you feel so drained. My life at times felt like it has been on the fastest train ride ever. It's easy to lose yourself. Thank you for the constant reminders and coaching tools you have provided for my personal life.  You have been heaven sent.

Working with Rachel over the past several years has been an amazing experience. Rachel asks the hard questions and brings out the best in me each time we talk. The energy and excitement she brings to whatever I want to work on gives me the motivation to keep going and level up my life and projects! I began working with Rachel as I was working on  a challenging certification process and launching my own business. I was able to surpass my goals as well as remember to take time to care for myself. My relationship with my family, client and most importantly, myself, is much deeper and enriched because of the time spent working with Rachel!
