About the event
How can we effectively manage the daily stress of work, family and life? There are so many demands on our time and attention that we often don't know what we should do next to take care of ourselves and others. Constantly being pulled in so many directions it's easy to lose site of the practices that help us to stay self-centered.
Consistently practicing The Four Seeds of Self-Care will strengthen our innate abilities to not only manage the daily stress of life, but bring clarity and meaning to our lives, accomplish personal goals, foster more meaningful relationships and reconnect with our community. We believe that being self-centered is actually a positive quality achieved by making our own health and well-being a priority above ANYTHING and EVERYONE else.
