Love the one you’re with- YOU! International Day of Self-Love is February 13th, so let’s take time to nurture the most important relationship there is- the relationship with yourself! We will spend the afternoon acknowledging, pampering and showing ourselves some love! The greatest gift you can give yourself is the gift of time. We will share ways to nurture self-love and create daily habits that put our needs first.
