About the event
How can we practice gratitude with the daily stress of work, family, and life? There are so many demands on our time and attention that we often don't know what we should do next to take care of ourselves and others. Constantly being pulled in so many directions it's easy to lose sight of the practices that help us to stay self-centered.
Consistently practicing The Four Seeds of Self-Care will strengthen our innate abilities to not only manage the daily stress of life but bring clarity and meaning to our lives, accomplish personal goals, foster more meaningful relationships, and better connect with our community. We believe that being #selfcentered is actually a positive quality achieved by making our own health and well-being a priority above ANYTHING and EVERYONE else.
